Howard Olsen,
Ph.D, CPA
In addition to consulting, Howard is a marketing professor at
the University of Nevada, Reno. Howard is a business consultant
with 20 years experience working with clients in the areas of
strategic planning, marketing, financial management, and operational
efficiency. He holds a Ph.D. in international business and marketing,
as well as an MBA and a CPA. |

Nancy Olsen
Nancy is a strategic business planner and a manager. She brings
a breadth of entrepreneurial management and international expertise
from owning and selling five small businesses, hosting international
conferences, and consulting entrepreneurs and business owners.
She holds an MS in Education, MA in Theology, and an MBA in Management. |

Erica Olsen
Erica is a strategic consultant and a business planner with seven
years of experience helping entrepreneurs articulate their visions
and bringing them to fruition. She brings a strong expertise in
start-up business and international development. She is a lecturer
at University of Nevada Reno and University of Phoenix. She holds
a BA in Communications and an MBA in international management. |

John is the Vice President of IT and president of Primary Key
Technologies, Inc. John has years of professional experience providing
cost effective web and software applications, data management
solutions, and IT project management. In addition, John was the
primary developer of WebOhana.com, a service that provides private
online communities to groups worldwide. He holds a BS in Business
Management and an MBA. |

Chris Champagne
Chris is a strategic consultant with over ten year's operations
management and IT project management experience for Harrah's
Casino Entertainment, Chevron, the US Army, Logicon (a division
of Northrop Grumman) and International Games Technology. He
holds a BGS from the University of Nevada, Reno and a MA in
Education (Instructional Technologies) from San Francisco State
University. |

Mikey Hougland As
the web marketing manager for M3 Planning Mikey manages and provides
content related to strategic planning. A newcomer to planning,
she seeks to make strategy a more manageable process for small
business owners. Mikey is a recent graduate of the University
of Nevada Reno where she earned a BS in Marketing. |
